If you have seen an ad that you would like to complain about please make your complaint online, please don’t use the form below.
If you’re making a complaint by post or telephone, please give us as much information as possible about your complaint. Important information includes the name of the advertiser or the product or service being advertised; where and when you saw the ad and your reasons for objecting to the ad. It’s helpful if you can send us a copy (or photograph) of the ad.
