Non-compliant online advertisers

The ASA expects all advertising online to be legal, decent, honest and truthful.

This page lists information on traders who have continued to make claims on their digital sites that do not comply with our Codes, despite repeated requests for changes from our Compliance teams.

Details of each non-conforming advertiser will remain in place until advertisers have appropriately amended their content to ensure compliance with the Codes.
